Gorilla Factory Productions Consent Agreement

C O N S E N T A G R E E M E N T

This site, administered by Gorilla Factory Productions LLC, features videos and photographs for sale that contain sexually explicit scenes. We don't think there is anything wrong with that. But some people do. Access is made available only to consenting adults who accept the terms of the following agreement:

I do not find images of adults engaged in sexual acts, or other sexual material to be offensive or objectionable.
I am at least 21 years of age and have the legal right to possess adult material in my community.
I understand the standards and laws of the community to which I am transporting this material, and am solely responsible for my actions.
I certify that I am not a city, state, or federal law enforcement officer, nor am I an inspector or official of the U.S. Postal Service.
If I use the services of Gorilla Factory Productions LLC in violation of the above agreement, I understand I may be in violation of local, state, and/or federal laws.

Pursuant to Title 18, Part I, Chapter 110, § 2257 of the U.S. Code, all models and actors depicted in products and visuals on this website were over the age of eighteen (18) at the time of creation of said depictions. Some of the aforementioned depictions appearing or otherwise contained in or at this site contain visual depictions of sexually explicit conduct made before November 1, 1990, and as such are exempt from the requirements set forth in 18 U.S.C. § 2257.

Parents and legal guardians of those under 21 years of age are fully responsible for any illegal act of age misrepresentation.
